Warranty Period:
1. With Valid Purchase Receipt: The warranty period is 9 months from the date of purchase. During this time, if the product has quality issues due to non-human factors, you can enjoy free repair/replacement services.
2. Without Valid Purchase Receipt: The warranty period is 9 months from the date of manufacture. Within this period, for faults caused by product quality, repair/replacement services are available.
3. The Warranty Code/Serial Number on the Product Must Be Clear and Legible (not missing, damaged, or soiled).
Note: For out-of-warranty products that have been repaired, an extended 60-day warranty is provided from the date of repair completion.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
1. Beyond the agreed warranty period.
2. Unauthorized modifications, such as disassembly, unnecessary setting changes, or part replacements, leading to performance issues or faults.
3.Improper use contrary to the product manual, including excessive use, abuse, or misuse, causing damage or malfunction.
4.Lack of proper maintenance or care as specified, resulting in faults or damage.
Warranty Process:
1. Contact After-Sales: If the product malfunctions, contact our after-sales service (via phone, email, online chat, etc.) after confirming the issue.
2. Assess the Cause: Customer service will reach out promptly to understand the fault and guide you through preliminary troubleshooting. If repair is needed, an after-sales engineer will be arranged.
3. Confirm the Solution: The after-sales engineer will develop a feasible repair plan, including online guidance, factory repair, part replacement, or software upgrade.
4. Factory Repair: Upon receiving the product, the after-sales engineer will test and repair it. If unrepairable, a new product of the same model will be provided.
5. Return Repaired Product: Upon completion, you will be notified, and the product will be promptly returned. A follow-up call will be made to ensure satisfaction.
Shipping Costs:
1. Within Mainland China: For warranty-covered repairs, you pay shipping to Xiongcai Technology; we cover return shipping.
2. Outside Mainland China: Regardless of warranty status, all shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact local dealers for centralized repair to save costs.
3. Software Upgrade by Us: All shipping costs for software upgrades are your responsibility.
Note: When returning products for repair, please use reputable couriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS for international customers). Inform our after-sales team for timely receipt and processing.
Tips:
* During the warranty period, keep your purchase receipt for proof when needed.
* For non-warranty issues (like human damage or unauthorized repairs), paid repair services are available. Consult customer service for costs.
*Avoid self-disassembly or repairs to maintain warranty rights.
