E3 Electronic speed controller for rc cars was engineered according to a client’s concept. This client is one of the largest RC hobby products suppliers, running RC cars, boats, planes etc. they wanted to designed a powerful BLDC brushless motor speed controller for 1:6th scale vehicle. The client said according to their experience, many enthusiasts would have a problem that the high power would damage motor or motor speed controller. We needed to balance high performance and safe. This was exactly what we were good at.
Engineered from the ground up, a potent integration of hardware and unique software that will redefine handling experience of RC cars. With power system 400A continuous current, 800A peak, 6-12S Li-po batteries, the ESC will put your RC car in its extreme. A built-in DCDC conversion circuit provides potent loading capacity for BEC with options 6.0V, 7.4V, 8.4V and output 10A continuous current, 25A peak. You can choose proper power according to your servo performance.
The Al forged case integrates a 40mm fin and heatsink allows airflow throughout the package, promoting thermal performance to a new level. Fan will be turned on or off by motor speed controller according to internal temperature of system.
We have designed perfect protection measures while endowing E3 RC cars speed controller with high performance, including under voltage, throttle loss, abnormal braking, over temperature, abnormal Hall sensing, short circuit and more, especially the active freewheeling and wave-by wave current limiting.
The unique application of active freewheeling identification technology provides microsecond track and response time, minimizing MOS heating.
Wave-by wave current limiting will protect motor and transmission mechanism, prolonging service life of power system.
