Just get back to daily jobs from Chinese New Year Holiday. A thought rose on the first business day of new year: do you worry about your duty when you enjoy the holiday? “worry” and “enjoy” coexist in holiday, a little strange? To most of people who is digging gold, it is reality.
I have been engaging in BLDC motor control for a while. Our main products are electronic speed controllers (ESC), applying to automotive fuel pump, water pump, drones, water sport devices, medical devices, especially RC hobbies like RC cars, RC trucks etc.
What is an electronic speed controller? Briefly, an electronic speed control (ESC) is a critical part of an electric propulsion system’s hardware or electronic circuit that controls and change the speed of an electric motor. It may also reverse the motor and perform as a brake. A little bit verbose? Yes, some keywords are necessary.
In the mobile internet era, you can’t escape. Maybe you don’t use a computer when you get a few days off work, but you will be still bombed by information, because you take a cell phone. Can I leave the cell phone aside? I think I can't. Why? I’m a salesperson, I need to send or receive information at any time as it concerns the business that I’m chasing.
This is normality to most of salesperson in China. I always hear people making phone call on the way home, in the crowd, in the metro, benches by the road.
During the biggest festival-Chinese New Year, I was always reminded by beep from mobile phone, which meant there was incoming emails, and I had to check the detail. Can I shut it down? I can’t do that. Why? Is someone putting a gun to your head? Good question. There is a network term-involution. It means no change or advancement inside and outside of individual or circumstance, investing much but gaining less, market competition between industries or companies goes into disorder. maybe not very precise, but it’s something like that, whatever.
I'm a salesperson, email is the main tool to communicate with potential clients, the “beep” means potential business opportunities, so I can’t shut down the channel. If I fail to communicate with clients in time, maybe I miss the business opportunities. Sounds sad, isn't it? We need to have our RC car electronic speed controllers compete with super brands (“survive” may be more appropriate) such as Castle Creation (MAMBA XLX2), Horizon Hobby (Spektrum Firma), HPI Racing (FLUX ELH-6S). We are a chaser. They don’t stop but keep making progress when we chase. It’s never easy to get a slice from market place which dominated by giants.

It is reported that competition in Chinese market is the most intense, for products, careers, even pace of work, everything is going to drive you crazy.
There is another network term—get oneself exhausted (involvered) to death, and incidentally get others exhausted (involvered) to death.
